| 以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷和三聚氰胺合成了新型高效磷酸盐阻燃剂双（２，６，７－三－１－磷酸双环［２，２，２］辛烷－４－甲醇）磷酸三聚氰胺盐（Ｓ＿３）。用熔点和红外鉴定了结构。且研究了Ｓ＿３对乙丙橡胶（ＥＰＲ）的阻燃性能，氧指数（ＬＯＩ）达到３１，抗强度为８．１９ＭＰａ，断裂伸长率为６５０％。达到了电缆绝缘层材料要求。 |

| The high efficient flame retardants of bis（2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabcyclo[2,2,2]-octane-4-methanol）phosphate of melamine（S3）are synthesized successfully by thereaction of pentaerythrital with phosphorus oxychloride and melamine. Their structureshave been identtified by melting point5 and IR spectra. In addition,the S3 flame retar-dants are used to fire-retard-EPR and their flame retardant properties are studied Lim-ited oxygen index can attain 31.Tensile strength and ultimate elongation are 8.19 MPaand 650%respectively.The requirements of cable insulating meterials were achieved. |
