      以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷和三聚氰胺合成了新型高效磷酸盐阻燃剂双(2,6,7-三-1-磷酸双环[2,2,2]辛烷-4-甲醇)磷酸三聚氰胺盐(S_3)。用熔点和红外鉴定了结构。且研究了S_3对乙丙橡胶(EPR)的阻燃性能,氧指数(LOI)达到31,抗强度为8.19MPa,断裂伸长率为650%。达到了电缆绝缘层材料要求。
英文摘要:
      The high efficient flame retardants of bis(2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabcyclo[2,2,2]-octane-4-methanol)phosphate of melamine(S3)are synthesized successfully by thereaction of pentaerythrital with phosphorus oxychloride and melamine. Their structureshave been identtified by melting point5 and IR spectra. In addition,the S3 flame retar-dants are used to fire-retard-EPR and their flame retardant properties are studied Lim-ited oxygen index can attain 31.Tensile strength and ultimate elongation are 8.19 MPaand 650%respectively.The requirements of cable insulating meterials were achieved.
