本文从聚合物的热稳定性和耐燃性角度出发,合成了线性聚二氯磷腈和聚酚氧磷腈,探索了各步的分离提纯方法,鉴定了化合物的结构,实验结果表明,聚酚氧磷腈的氧指数(LOI)高达33,热重分析显示聚酚氧磷腈具有较好的热稳定性,在800℃时残余物仍为33%。当将聚酚氧磷腈与聚苯乙烯相混合时,改善了聚苯乙烯的热稳定性和耐燃性。 |

Linear poly (dichlorophosphazene)and poly (diphenoxyphosphazene)are synthesized in view of the thermal stability and Combustion resistant of polymer.Their separation and purification have been studied and their structures have been identified.It is shown that the limited oxygen index of poly (diphenoxyhosphazene) can reach 33,and poly (diphenoxyphosphazene) has a fairly good thermal stability because there is 33% residue at 800℃ by thermogravimetric analysis.It is also shown that the thermal stability and combustion re sisteant of polystyrene can be improved when polystyrene intermixes with poly (dipheoxyphosphazene). |
