用水热法合成了αZr(HPO4) 2·H2O(αZrP)晶体 ,并采用XRD、IR、TEM和TG—DSC等方法对其进行了表征。结果显示 ,用该法制得的α—ZrP ,具有良好的结晶度 ,层间距达到 7.65 ,平均粒度为 900×300nm ,呈较规则的六边形薄片状 ,晶形完美 ,并具有较高的热稳定性。获得了水热法合成αZrP的优化实验条件为 :磷酸浓度5M—10M和180℃下反应48小时以上. |

Crystalline samples of α zirconium hydrophosphate (abbreviated as α ZrP) were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD, IR, TEM and TG DSC. There are highly crystalline with an interlayer distance of 7.63? and hexagonal flakes in α ZrP. Meanwhile, it is shown that α ZrP possesses a high thermal stability. The optimum experimental condition for hydrothermal method is at 180℃in 5M~10M phosphoric acid beyond 48 hours. |
