针对高温烟气引起建筑物室内火灾问题,建立了室内烟气传热模型,通过辐射与对流传热计算,得到了木质吊顶的温升随时间变化的关系。通过热解实验,得到了三合板的失重曲线图;计算了其热解动力学参数活化能E和频率因子A;在此基础上计算了吊顶随时间的失重百分比。采用Lechteilier法则对热解可燃气能否达到可燃界限,发生轰燃,进行了预测。结果表明,对于800℃烟气,10min后,吊顶壁面温度可达到435℃,析出的可燃气将发生轰燃。 |

For analyzing the process of building fire induced by high temperature gas, a model of indoor heat transfer was developed by calculating the radiation and convective heat transfer. The relation of the temperature of wooden ceiling with time was obtained. The weight loss curves of three-ply wood were obtained based on the pyrolysis experiment, and the corresponding kinetic parameters, i.e. activation energy E and frequency factor A, were calculated. The weight loss rate of ceiling with time was thus figured out. Finally, with the Lechteilier method, the possibility for the combustible gas to reach the combustion delimitation was estimated, and it was found that when the gas temperature is 800℃, the ceiling temperature will be 435℃ after 10 minutes, and the combustible gas from ceiling will induce flashover. |
