| The principal component analysis method is used to reduce a detailed oxidation mechanism of methane/air. The computations are performed under the low pressure laminar premixed flame, and the results are compared with those of detailed mechanism calculations and measurements. , with good agreements, while the size and the computational CPU time can be decreased. |
