| Reliable index β of First Order Second Moment is used to establish the analysis method for uncertainty in safety evacuation under building fire and calculating program of reliable index β is given. After analyzing the cases , the results show that using FOSM can be used to calculate the probability of safety evacuation for people under building fire. |
