| Effects of reducing the potential corrosion to metal surfaces are studied by adding strontium/barium nitrate into a kind of pyrotechnically generating aerosol fire suppressants. The product quantity, hygroscopicity and pH value of the solid particules, the fire suppression characteristics are measured for these new compositions. The factors affecting the corrosion to metal are discussed. |
