在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶剂中,以对氨基苯甲酸(AB)修饰改性的ZnAl双氢氧化物(ZnAl LDH),通过原位插层方法制备聚酰亚胺/ZnAl双氢氧化物纳米复合材料。采用XRD、TEM、DMA、TGA等对其结构进行表征,与纯聚酰亚胺材料相比,纳米复合材料的储能模量、损耗模量和玻璃化转变温度Tg、热失重等性质,都有较大的提高。 |

Layered double hydroxides(LDH) was modified by the amino benzoate in N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc).Polyimide/ ZnAl layered doubled hydroxide(PI/ ZnAl LDH) nanocomposites were synthesized by a solution intercalation method.Their structures and properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).It is shown that these nanocomposites exhibited higher storage ,loss module and thermal properties compared to virgin polyimide. |
