      使用金属网篮模拟了小尺寸的烟草热自燃实验,利用交叉点法测量自热过程烟草内部温度数据并求解反应动力学参数,根据求解所得动力学参数成功预测了大尺寸情况下堆积烟草的热自燃临界条件,得到烟草贮存的临界堆积厚度与临界环境温度之间的函数关系,为烟草的安全存贮提供方法指导。
英文摘要:
      This paper is aimed at revealing quantitative relation between maximum thickness of storage tobacco and its critical temperature of spontaneous ignition. Micro-scale experiments were conducted by metal basket filled with tobacco sample in oven of different temperature. Self-ignition kinetic parameters of tobacco were calculated by temperature data measured at given points, using the method of Cross Point Temperature (CPT). Critical conditions of thickness and temperature for spontaneous ignition in industrial situation were predicted, with parameters of micro-scale experiments and self-ignition kinetics extracted.
