      选取单个飞机燃油箱,运用CFD方法模拟了燃油箱惰化系统的惰化过程。CFD方法的模拟结果与文献中的理想混合模型及经验公式吻合较好。通过模拟,发现增加富氮气体的流量、提高富氮气体中的氮气含量可以缩短惰化时间,而增加富氮气体喷嘴直径和燃油箱的体积则会延长惰化时间。其他参数如燃油箱的形状和富氮气体喷嘴位置对惰化时间没有明显的影响,但是影响燃油箱内部的氧气浓度分布
英文摘要:
      A single vented tank is used in CFD numerical simulations to study the factors that affect the inerting process.The considered factors include the flow rate,purity of the NEA,diameter of the nozzle,geometry of the tank,location of the nozzle and so on.The calculated tendency of the tank inerting ratio varying with the volumetric tank exchange agrees well with the empirical curve and the exact solutions by the other researchers.The inerting time would be decreased by increasing the flow rate and the purity of the NEA,or by decreasing the diameter of the nozzle and the volume of the tank.The geometry of the tank and the location of the nozzle have little influence on the inerting process,however,the distribution of the O2 concentration could be obviously affected by these factors.
