      利用自行研发的小尺寸薄层扬沸燃烧特性测量平台,开展了不同垫水层厚度下薄层扬沸燃烧特性的实验研究。测试油料的品种为:柴油(0#)和航空煤油(Jet A);油盆尺寸为15 cm,18 cm,30 cm和40 cm;实验工况中油层厚度为1.0 cm,水层厚度选取了与油层厚度数量级相同的三种厚度:1.0 cm,1.5 cm和2.0 cm。结果表明:随着油盆尺寸增大或垫水层厚度上升,扬沸阶段特性从突变型向持续型转变,首次扬沸发生时间缩短,扬沸强度降低。
英文摘要:
      In this work, a small-scale platform designed by the authors was used to study the combustion characteristics of thin layer boilover. The effect of the thickness of water layer on thin-layer boilover was investigated. The diesel (0#) and Jet A were used as the fuels. The diameters of container were 0.15 m, 0.18 m, 0.30 m and 0.40 m. The thickness of fuel layer was 1.0 cm and the thicknesses of water layers were 1.0 cm, 1.5 cm and 2.0 cm. The results show that with the increase of container diameter and water layer thickness, the boilover period changes from abrupt type to continuous type, less time is required for the first boilover and the boilover intensity decreases.
