峡谷地形火蔓延可诱发爆发火,带来惨重的人员伤亡。利用峡谷火蔓延实验台(长6.0 m,宽8.0 m),以松针为燃料,研究不同中间坡度角(0°,10°,20°,30°)和侧坡度角(10°,20°,30°)条件下,线火源引燃的对称峡谷火蔓延变化规律。当中间坡度角高于10°时,随着侧坡度角的增大,火头向燃料床两侧移动,火线呈现显著的凹形。火蔓延速率随中间坡度角和侧坡度角的升高而增大。峡谷中心线上火焰前方的气体流速随中间坡度角的升高而增大,随着侧坡度角的升高而减小。当中间坡度角高于20°、侧坡度角高于10°时,在峡谷中心线上产生了爆发火。 |

The canyon fire can potentially trigger a catastrophic wildfire resulting in significant loss of life. This paper presents experimental research on canyon fire spread with a line ignition under different central slope angles (0°, 10°, 20°, 30°) and lateral slope angles (10°, 20°, 30°). The canyon fire spread table has a size of 6.0 m (length)×8.0 m (width). Pine needles were used as fuel. When the central slope angle is higher than 10°, the fire line contour is of concave shape, due to the fire head moving to the lateral side of the fuel bed with increasing lateral slope angle. The fire spread rate increases with the increasing central or lateral slope angles. The gas velocity ahead of the flame front along the canyon centerline increases with the increasing central slope angle or decreasing lateral slope angle. When the central slope angle is higher than 20° and the lateral slope angle is higher than 10°, the eruptive fire occurs on the canyon centerline. |
