预混式两相流雾化方式应用于车载细水雾系统中时具有雾化效果好、雾化压力低的优势,但面临管道喘振、雾流量周期性波动的问题。基于沈阳地铁车载细水雾实际混合系统结构及工况参数,对管道内流型特征开展了实验和数值模拟研究,发现预混式两相细水雾系统中发生的喘振现象主要是因为混合流在管道内疏水过程中形成了段塞流和环状流。通过改变混合流的输送工况参数,可将混合流流型转变为均匀性较强的雾状流和气泡流。结合车载细水雾系统的实际运行工况和空间条件限制,指出通过降低输送管路直径的方法不仅可有效地解决现有系统的喘振问题,而且不影响现有系统的气、液消耗量及系统布置空间。 |

The premixed two-phase flow atomization method offers advantages such as effective atomization and low atomization pressure when integrated into vehicle-mounted water mist systems. However, it encounters challenges like pipeline surges and periodic fluctuations in fog flow. This study focuses on the structure and operational parameters of an actual water mist mixing system in the Shenyang subway. Experimental and numerical simulations were conducted to analyze the flow characteristics within the pipeline. The research revealed that surge occurrences in the premixed two-phase water mist system primarily stemmed from slug flow and annular flow formed by the mixed flow during the drainage process in the pipeline. Altering the transport parameters of the mixed flow allowed for a transformation of the flow pattern from mixed flow to fog flow and bubble flow with greater uniformity. Considering the operational conditions and spatial limitations of the vehicle water mist system, this study suggests that the surge issue in the current system can be effectively resolved by decreasing the diameter of the conveying pipe. This adjustment does not affect the gas and liquid consumption levels or the system layout space of the existing system. |
