      制备了一种环保型高强度高膨胀水性电缆防火涂料,研究了树脂种类、P-C-N阻燃体系、可膨胀石墨、增强填料、抑烟剂对膨胀炭层阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:有机无机复配树脂,可以提高电缆防火涂料的残炭量,增强膨胀炭层强度;选用高聚合度的聚磷酸铵、包覆性聚磷酸铵、双季戊四醇可以提高水性电缆防火涂料的耐盐水性,解决了漆膜耐盐水后阻燃性能下降的问题;P-C-N膨胀阻燃体系与膨胀石墨体系复配,并配有占原材料总量5%的Sb2O3、8%的金红石型钛白粉、4%的三氧化钼可得到高膨胀倍率、高炭层强度、抑烟性能优异的水性电缆防火涂料。
英文摘要:
      This experiment prepared an environmentally friendly high-strength and high-expansion water-based cable fire retardant coating, and studied the effects of resin types, P-C-N flame retardant system, expandable graphite, reinforced fillers, and smoke suppressants on the flame retardant performance of the expanded carbon layer. The results showed that the organic, inorganic composite resin can increase the residual carbon content of the cable fire retardant coating and enhance the strength of the expanded carbon layer. The saltwater resistance of waterborne cable fire retardant coating can be improved by selecting the high degree of polymerization of poly (Ammonium phosphate), coated poly (Ammonium phosphate), and double Pentaerythritol, which can solve the problem that the flame retardant performance of the coating film decreases after saltwater resistance; P-C-N intumescent flame retardant system is compounded with expanded graphite system, and is equipped with 5% Sb2O3, 8% Rutile titanium dioxide, 4% Molybdenum trioxide to obtain water-based cable fire retardant coating with high expansion ratio, high carbon layer strength, and excellent smoke suppression performance.
