      高压电缆作为电力运输的重要载体,一旦发生火灾将导致重大的经济损失,因此对电缆火灾的早期预警尤为重要。电缆主要为高分子材料,受热会释放大量有机气体,通过对气体的检测可监控电缆火灾状态。采用两步法在WO3表面分别进行ZnO、In2O3、SnO2以及TiO2修饰,并分别以修饰的氧化物作为气敏材料制备出气体传感器并研究其对YJV22和YJY23电缆蒸气的气敏响应特性。研究结果表明,表面修饰均能提高纯WO3对YJV22和YJY23电缆蒸气的响应灵敏度,其中ZnO 修饰可将WO3对81 ℃下的YJV22电缆蒸气响应的最高值提高至15.4。同时传感器的响应时间<30 s,恢复时间<6 min,重复性好,有望应用于电缆火灾预警。

      As an essential carrier of power transmission, the high-voltage cable will cause significant economic losses once a fire occurs, so early warning of cable fires is particularly important. Power cables are mainly made of polymer materials, which can release a large amount of organic gases when heated. Monitoring the cable fire state can be achieved by detecting these organic gases. In this paper, ZnO, In2O3, SnO2 and TiO2 were separately modified on the surface of WO3 by a two-step method. Subsequently, gas sensors with the modified WO3-based sensitive materials were fabricated, and their sensing performances were characterized. The results showed that the surface modification sensitivity can improve the WO3-based gas sensor's response to YJV22 and YJY23 cable vapors. For example, the maximum response value of ZnO modified WO3 to YJV22 cable vapors at 81 ℃ was up to 15.4. Furthermore, the response time of the sensors was less than 30 s, and the recovery time was less than 6 min. Additionally, the sensors displayed good repeatability, which is expected to be applied to cable fire warning.
