| 芳纶织物因其稳定性和阻燃性被广泛应用于极端环境中,涂层处理是进一步提升芳纶织物阻燃效果最简单有效的方法。但由于其表面惰性,导致涂层粘附力弱,用水洗涤时,涂层极易脱落而失去阻燃性,需要研制新的阻燃体系解决上述问题。为了得到综合性能更为优异的芳纶织物,将富含磷的植酸掺杂到二氧化硅溶胶凝胶涂层中,制备了一种植酸/二氧化硅杂化涂层应用在芳纶织物上,研究其耐洗性、力学性能、热化学性能和燃烧性能等。结果表明,当涂层负载量在8.5%时,LOI达到48.0%,在经过十次水洗后,复合材料的LOI保持在39.0%,质量损失为2.8%,可以作为阻燃耐洗涂层广泛应用在芳纶织物上。 |

| Aramid fabrics are widely used in extreme environments due to their stability and flame retardancy. Coating treatment is the simplest and most effective method to further enhance their flame retardancy. However, the inherent surface inertness of aramid fibres leads to weak coating adhesion, which causes the coating to easily detach during washing and results in a loss of flame retardancy. Therefore, developing new flame-retardant systems to address this issue is essential. To achieve aramid fabrics with superior comprehensive performance, phytic acid rich in phosphorus was incorporated into a silica sol-gel coating to create a phytic Acid/Silica hybrid coating applied to aramid fabric. The wash durability, mechanical properties, thermochemical behavior, and combustion performance were investigated. Results indicated that at a coating loading of 8.5%, the limiting oxygen index (LOI) reached 48.0%. After ten washing cycles, the composite maintained an LOI of 39.0% with a mass loss of only 2.8%, demonstrating its potential as a durable flame-retardant coating for aramid fabrics. |
