| 研究了合肥地区夏季自然老化对六型防火阻燃板材(A、B、C、D、E和F)火灾安全性的影响。对自然老化一个月后防火板材的测试结果表明,自然老化后板材表面外观颜色和性能退化加剧,防火阻燃板材密度显著下降,如F型板材的密度自然老化后降低了18.7%,吸湿性提高了75.6%,这是由日照、高温和雨水共同造成的。防火阻燃板材在自然环境中老化后,具有更高的有毒气体释放量、更高的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)和火灾危险性,例如C型板材自然老化后的PHRR为260.77 kW/m2,远高于自然老化前的193.32 kW/m2。结果表明,由于合肥地区夏季高温多雨自然老化环境的影响,造成了六型防火阻燃板材的火灾安全性下降,其中C型板材的火灾安全性的退化程度比其他几种类型板材低,具有更高的火灾安全性。 |

| This paper studies the effect of natural aging in summer on the fire hazard of 6-type flame-retardant plates (A, B, C, D, E and F) in the Hefei area. The test results of flame-retardant plates after natural aging for one month show that the color difference and degradation of the surface appearance of the plate are intensified, and the density of these flame-retardant platese is ignificantly decreased. The density of the F-type plate after natural aging is reduced by 18.7% and the moisture absorption is increased by 75.6% due to sunshine, high temperature and rain. The flame-retardant plates after aging in the natural environment reveal higher toxic gas release, peak heat release rate (PHRR) and fire risk. For example, the PHRR of C-type sheet after aging is 260.77 kW/m2, much higher than that of the plates before aging (193.32 kW/m2). These results show that the fire risk of 6-type flame-retardant plates increases due to the influence of the natural aging environment, including high temperatures and rainfall in summer in the Hefei area. Among them, the fire-safety degradation degree of C-type plates is lower than that of other plates, with higher fire safety. |
