      随着氢能产业的不断发展,掺氢天然气混合输送成为研究热点,其安全问题备受关注。以某一实际项目为例,利用PHAST软件对设计压力6.3 MPa、管径457 mm下的不同比例掺氢天然气埋地长输管道泄漏后果进行模拟分析。结果表明:在风速为5 m/s、大气稳定度为D(中性)、管道完全破裂情况下,随着氢浓度的增加,混合气体的泄漏速度明显加快,氢气的加入导致混合气体的扩散能力加强,影响区间更广;向天然气中加入氢气会使燃烧的热辐射强度降低,火焰影响范围减小,但仍要严格控制管道与周围人口的间距;随着氢浓度的增加,达到爆炸超压峰值的位置向外移动,危害影响区域逐渐增大,危害程度增高。

      With the continuous development of the hydrogen energy industry, conveying natural gas or a natural gas/hydrogen mixture by high-pressure transmission pipelines has become a study hotspot. Taking a practical project as an example, a simulation was undertaken to compare the rupture consequences of underground natural gas and a natural gas/hydrogen mixture with different hydrogen volume proportions in a transmission pipeline with a 457 mm diameter and a pressure of 63 bar. The results show that, under a 5 m/s wind speed and D (neutral) atmospheric stability, the addition of hydrogen enhances the diffusion rate and accelerates the leakage rate of mixtures as the hydrogen concentration increases. Furthermore, adding hydrogen to natural gas will reduce the intensity of heat radiation and the combustion flame's impact range. The distance between the pipeline and the surrounding population should be strictly controlled. With increasing hydrogen concentration, the position at which the explosion overpressure peaks moves outward, and the affected area and the extent of damage increase gradually.
